利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、BLUEWHALE NETWORK LLC（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「Playport」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 本サービスについて

本サービスは、複数のミニゲームを無料で遊べるアプリです（一部の追加ステージは有料）。広告は表示しません。収録するゲームや内容は、予告なく追加・変更・終了することがあります。

2. アカウント

オンライン対戦を利用すると、匿名アカウントが自動的に作成されます。アカウントはアプリ内からいつでも削除できます。アカウントの譲渡・売買はできません。

3. 禁止事項

他のプレイヤーへの嫌がらせ、差別的・わいせつ・攻撃的なニックネームの使用
不正なプログラムやツールの使用、通信の改ざん、サーバーへの攻撃など、本サービスの運営を妨げる行為
本サービスの不具合を意図的に利用する行為
法令または公序良俗に反する行為

違反があった場合、当社は事前の通知なくニックネームの変更、アカウントの停止・削除などの措置をとることがあります。

4. 報告とブロック

オンライン対戦中に不適切なプレイヤーを報告・ブロックできます。報告の内容は当社が確認し、必要に応じて対応します。

5. 知的財産

本サービスに含まれるプログラム、画像、音声、文章などの権利は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。

6. 免責事項

当社は、本サービスが中断なく提供されること、不具合がないことを保証しません。通信環境やサーバーの状況によりオンライン対戦を利用できない場合があります。端末内に保存されたスコアや進行状況が失われた場合でも、当社は復元の義務を負いません。当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。

有料アイテム

本サービスでは任意で、一部ゲームの追加ステージ（章・画集・バリエーションなど）と「サポーターパック」（バッジやアプリアイコンなど見た目だけの特典）を購入できます。いずれも買い切りで、購入は App Store を通じて行われ、Apple の定める条件が適用されます。購入しなくても、すべてのゲームを無料の範囲で遊べます。返金は Apple の手続き（reportaproblem.apple.com）に従います。詳しくは特定商取引法に基づく表記をご覧ください。

7. 規約の変更

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

8. 準拠法と管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Playport app (the "Service") provided by BLUEWHALE NETWORK LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is an app that lets you play a collection of mini games for free (some extra levels are paid). It shows no ads. We may add, change or discontinue games and content at any time without notice.

2. Accounts

An anonymous account is created automatically when you first play online. You can delete it from within the app at any time. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.

3. Prohibited conduct

Harassing other players, or using discriminatory, obscene or offensive nicknames
Using cheats, unauthorised tools or modified clients, tampering with network traffic, or attacking our servers
Deliberately exploiting bugs
Anything that violates applicable law

If you break these rules we may change your nickname, or suspend or delete your account, without prior notice.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report or block players during online matches. We review reports and act on them where appropriate.

5. Intellectual property

All software, images, sounds and text in the Service belong to us or their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Online play may be unavailable depending on your connection or our servers. We are not obliged to restore scores or progress stored on your device if they are lost. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.

Paid items

You may optionally buy extra levels for some games (chapters, albums, variants) and a Supporter Pack (cosmetic perks such as a badge and app icons). All are one-time purchases made through the App Store and subject to Apple's terms. Every game has a free portion you can play without buying anything. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.
